Linda Stone

 

Linda Stone is a native of south east London who now lives in west Wales, where she divides her time between writing and teaching people how to train their wayward dogs.

Linda began her writing career composing humorous poems for dog club magazines. She progressed to more serious work after shaking off her inbred technophobia and discovering the joys of the modern word processor.

Her passion for canine activities provided the inspiration not only for Scent of Crime but also for her current and planned future novels.

Linda also enjoys writing short stories with a horror or sci-fi bent, some of which can be read on BeWrite's free fiction pages.

Linda and her husband share their home with five German Shepherds, three elderly Welsh Terriers and a bossy tortoiseshell cat.
