About BeWrite Books

BeWrite Books, based in the UK but with international reach, a global author pool, and full-time professional editorial and technical staff also in Germany, France, Canada, USA, and Australia, was founded in March 2002.

Since its inception it has published twenty-five books a year with emphasis on editorial excellence. In 2004, BeWrite Books incorporated Jacobyte Books of Australia, immediately acquiring more than thirty established international authors and with a commitment to forty new titles in their upcoming release schedule.

Genres include: literary fiction, science fiction, fantasy, horror, humour, crime, romance, gay & lesbian, historical, action and adventure, YA, autobiography, short story collections, poetry anthologies - and the company is open to other fields with the exclusion of children's fiction and non-fiction.

Aims:

  • To publish original high quality paperbacks, each backed by eBook versions in various formats.
  • To introduce emerging talent to the reading public.
  • To publish a wide range of genre and cross-genre by new and established authors from around the world.

After only one year, BeWrite Books had earned prestigious listing in the world's most respected publisher's directory, The Writers' and Artists' Yearbook. It is now listed along with household name publishers in many other industry bibles.

The independent BeWrite Books has more than 100,000 retail outlets worldwide - online and high-street. And the company now has print bases in the UK and the US. An Australian print base is currently on the cards.
